As you may aware, Japan Post has already resumed postal services to the United States.
Under the current policy, duties and taxes must be prepaid prior to postal shipment.
Accordingly, Japan Post has designated Zonos as the platform for shippers to prepay duties and taxes.

Since June 2026, we have resumed shipping to the United States under the new policy.
We will prepay the applicable duties through Zonos and arrange the shipment accordingly. The following costs will be included in the order details:
①Product cost, ②EMS shipping fee (<500 g: USD 30 | >500 g: from USD 32.16 onwards),
③Applicable duties*, and ④Zonos processing fees（about USD 3.60 + 10% of the duties paid）.
*Current Duty Policy: Except for products with HTS codes listed in the Annex IV of Presidential Proclamation 11020, all pharmaceutical products are subject to a 15% duty rate.
★Given that the duty policy is constantly being revised, the duties and processing fees charged will be based on the information available at the time we prepare the shipment.

As we have limited experience shipping via Japan Post under these new requirements, we can accept orders only if you understand the potential risks involved and agree to assume full responsibility for the shipment.
Please ensure that you have reviewed all applicable U.S. import regulations and confirmed that the products purchased can be lawfully imported into the U.S. before proceeding. We will not be liable for any customs-related issues, including delays, refusal of import, or confiscation by U.S. Customs.
