This user guide provides a user guide for placing an order with Natural Pharmacy.
(1) To place an order
Please register as a member by clicking “Register”.
Step2.Add required products to the shopping cart
Click “Add to Cart” to add your desired products to the shopping cart.
If you are looking for products not available on this website, please feel free to contact us and advise us on the products you wish us make available by filling in the Contact Form.
Step3.Check the products in the shopping cart
Click “Proceed to checkout” button to review and confirm the details of your order.
※Please click the “Continue Shopping” button if you would like to add more products.
※If you are already a member but are not logged in, please click “Login To Process”.
Step4.Method of payment
Payment can only be made by bank transfer.

Step5.Order completion and bank transfer confirmation
Please check your registered email address for the “Order Completion Email”.
※If you could not receive the “Order Completion Email”, it may have been directed to the spam folder, or rejected by the email domain.
After the bank transfer is confirmed, the order will be processed.
(2)Product delivery time
Products which can be dispatched on the same day will be dispatched. Please refer to product webpages for detailed delivery time. It takes normally 5-10 working day to dispatch.
※The delivery time is an estimation and may vary.
※The number of days it takes for the product to arrive depends on the product and its manufacturer. It may take 2 weeks to 1 month if the manufacturer is out of stock. We will not be able to provide you with an exact arrival date if the manufacturer is not able to provide such information.
※Products will not be processed for delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays in Japan. We will also be closed for 3-5 days during New Year, Golden Week and Obon (13-16 August) that dispatch will not be arranged during these periods.
You can choose EMS or e-Packet as the delivery method. After selecting the shipping country, the available shipping methods will appear. There are countries where either service cannot be used.
Then, the shipping charge will be automatically calculated on the shopping cart webpage.
The products will be delivered to the address you designated, and the tracking number will be provided to you for your reference. However, as we are not able to ascertain local postal conditions once the parcel left Japan, you will need to make enquiries to local postal service on your own when necessary.
(5)Returns and Cancellations
Please note that we do not accept returns or cancellations after payment has been made.
Please also note that customers will need to bear the shipping charges if the parcel is returned to Japan due to recipient’s long absence or non-payment of taxes or customs fees.
(6)Other important notes
Import restricted or prohibited items
Please note that the list of import restricted or prohibited items, and laws and restrictions applicable vary from country to country. It is customer’s responsibility to consult the customs office of the delivery destination to confirm products are allowed by its laws and restrictions before making a purchase.
Customs clearance and duties
Customs duties, other applicable import taxes or customs clearance fees may be imposed on the products by the delivery destination. In such cases, the recipient is responsible for the payment of those charges and should pay to concerned authorities or service providers directly. Please consult the customs office of the delivery destination for information concerning those duties and charges as policies vary from country to country.
