1. About our website

Natural Pharmacy Co., Ltd.(herein referred to as Natural Pharmacy) provides features for this website subject to certain conditions. If you visit or shop at Natural Pharmacy, you must accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. 
When you use any current or future Natural Pharmacy service or business, you will also be subject to the guidelines, terms and agreements applicable to such services. If these conditions are inconsistent with such terms, the terms will take precedence.

Natural Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

All content included on this site, compilations, content suppliers, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images etc. is the property of Natural Pharmacy and their content suppliers. It is also protected by Japanese and international copyright laws.

3.TRADEMARKS

Natural Pharmacy graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names are trademarks. These trademarks have also been registered in Japan and other countries. These trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Natural Pharmacy’s or in any manner likely to cause confusion among customers, or disparages or discredits Natural Pharmacy. Trademarks not owned by Natural Pharmacy that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners who may or may not be affiliated, connected or sponsored by Natural Pharmacy.

4.Order and Acceptance

After you place your order, Natural Pharmacy will send you an e-mail which confirms the order details. However, the contract between you and we shall not be completed until you receive the shipping notice (acceptance of your order) by e-mail regardless of the method of payment you chose or the method of shipment.

5.WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS

If you find the items purchased from Natural Pharmacy are defective or different from your order for reasons attributable to Natural Pharmacy, Natural Pharmacy shall normally refund the portion of the sales price applicable thereto. Natural Pharmacy may also in its sole discretion send new alternative items to you. If you order outside Japan and import by an individual, Natural Pharmacy shall accept no refund nor exchange after the items arrive at the shipping place you designate in your order or after the inspection is completed.

6.RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Natural Pharmacy are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7.PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Natural Pharmacy attempts to be as accurate as possible. However Natural Pharmacy doesn’t warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by Natural Pharmacy isn’t as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

8.PRICING

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself. This is suggested by the manufacturer or supplier,  estimated according to standard industry practice or is the estimated retail value for a comparably featured item offered elsewhere. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent the “open-stock” price, which means the aggregate of the manufacturer’s estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the List Price may be provided by the merchant. With respect to items sold by Natural Pharmacy , we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. We DON’T charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process.

10.APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting Natural Pharmacy, you agree that the laws of Japan, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute that might arise between you and Natural Pharmacy. Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to we Natural Pharmacy, or to products or services sold or distributed by Natural Pharmacy shall be adjudicated in Tokyo district court in Japan and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
