Due to changes in customs procedures implemented by the Brazilian authorities, Japan Post has temporarily suspended processing Small Packet Airmail (AIR Packet) shipments to Brazil.
As a result, we are currently unable to ship orders to Brazil via AIR Packet, but only Express Mail Service (EMS) currently.

We will resume offering AIR Packet as a shipping method as soon as the service becomes available again.
