It is usually used to treat prostatic hyperplasia/cancer.

Usage/Dosage
-
Prostatic hyperplasia : In general, take 1 tablet (25mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 2 times a day, after meals.
Prostatic cancer : In general, take 2 tablets (50mg) at a time, 2 times a day, after meals. The dosage may be adjusted according to the symptoms.
In any case, strictly follow the instructions.
If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Contraindication

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include rash, itch, edema, weight gain, gastric distress, gynaecomastia and impotence. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
breathing difficulty, respiratory distress, general edema[congestive heart failure]
localized pain and swelling, chest pain, sudden vision decline[thrombosis]
nausea, loss of appetite, general malaise[fulminant hepatitis, liver dysfunction, jaundice]
dry mouth, increase of urine output, fatiguability[diabetes mellitus, exacerbation of diabetes mellitus, hyperglycemia]
