      This medicine activates neural cells by binding with TRH (thyrotropin-releasing hormone) receptors and through promotion of the release/metabolic turnover of neurotransmitters, as well as through neurotrophic factor-like activity.
      It is usually used to improve ataxia in patients with spinocerebellar degeneration.

  • Effect/Efficacy
      This medicine activates neural cells by binding with TRH (thyrotropin-releasing hormone) receptors and through promotion of the release/metabolic turnover of neurotransmitters, as well as through neurotrophic factor-like activity.
      It is usually used to improve ataxia in patients with spinocerebellar degeneration.

  • Usage/Dosage
      In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (5 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, twice a day (in the morning and evening), after meals. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
      You can moisten the tablet with saliva on your tongue, then crush it lightly with your tongue, and swallow the tablet with saliva. Do not take the tablet without water when you are lying down.
      If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. You should never take two doses at one time.
      If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
      Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
  • Cautions
      If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
      If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
      If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)

      Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
      Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
  • Contraindication
      The most commonly reported adverse reactions include palpitation, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, gastric distress, gastritis, abdominal pain, dry mouth, constipation, headache, dizziness, light headedness, tremor (shivering of limbs), rash, itch, sensation of heat, malaise and frequent urination. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
      The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
      convulsive muscle contraction [convulsion]
      fever, remaining motionless, muscle stiffness [malignant syndrome]
      general malaise, loss of appetite, yellow discoloration of the skin and the white of eyes [liver dysfunction, jaundice]
