  • Description
      This medicine inhibits platelet aggregation via thromboxane A2, etc. to prevent blood coagulation. It also suppresses thrombus formation by antiplatelet action and improves blood flow by vasodilation.
      It is usually used to improve ischemic symptoms such as ulcer, pain and chilly sensation caused by chronic arterial occlusion, and prevention of recurrence of cerebral infarction (except for cardiogenic embolism) after its event.

  • Cautions
      If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
      If you are bleeding (hemophilia, capillary fragility, intracranial hemorrhage, gastrointestinal bleeding, urinary tract bleeding, hemoptysis, vitreous hemorrhage, etc.).
      If you have congestive heart failure or a plan for surgery or tooth extraction.
      If you are pregnant, possibly pregnant or breastfeeding
      If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
      Do not take grapefruit juice and the medicine together as the components of it may intensify the effect of the medicine.
      In case of bleeding, blood may not clot quickly. If bleeding time is prolonged or the injury involves a large area, immediately visit the hospital.
      Inform the doctor that you are taking this medicine if you receive treatment of surgery or tooth extraction.
      Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
      Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
  • Contraindication
      The most commonly reported adverse reactions include rash, skin rash, hives, itch, photosensitivity, erythema, palpitation, frequent pulse, glow, headache, dull headache, dizziness, insomnia, numbness, sleepiness, tremor, stiff shoulder, faint/transient loss of consciousness, abdominal pain, nausea/vomiting and diarrhea. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
      The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
      respiratory distress, rapid sensation of pressure/constriction in the chest, chest pain [congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction, angina pectoris, ventricular tachycardia]
      headache, consciousness disorder, abdominal pain [bleeding (intracranial hemorrhage such as cerebral hemorrhage, pulmonary hemorrhage, gastrointestinal bleeding, nasal bleeding, fundal hemorrhage etc.)]
      pain in the pit of the stomach, tenderness, nausea [gastric/duodenal ulcer]
      sore throat, headache, nasal/gums bleeding [pancytopenia, agranulocytosis, thrombocytopenia]
      fever, dry cough, respiratory distress [interstitial pneumonia]
      The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.
