Description

This medicine inhibits chemical mediator released from mast cell and/or inflammatory cell by antigen stimulation to show antiallergic effect. It consequently relieves allergy symptoms.
It is usually used to treat allergic conjunctivitis.

Effect/Efficacy

This medicine inhibits chemical mediator released from mast cell and/or inflammatory cell by antigen stimulation to show antiallergic effect. It consequently relieves allergy symptoms.
It is usually used to treat allergic conjunctivitis.

Usage/Dosage

In general, apply 1 to 2 drops at a time, 4 times a day (morning, daytime, evening and before bedtime). Strictly follow the instructions.
Before using, wash your hands with soap and water. Tilt your head back, pull down your lower eyelid so that the dropper tip does not touch eye or eyelashes and apply the medicine. After applying, close your eyes for 1 to 5 minutes, pressing the inner corner of your eyes. (If you need to use other eye drops at the same time, wait more than 5 minutes.)
If you miss a dose, apply one dose at the time you notice it. Apply generally from the next time. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should not apply two doses at one time.
If you accidentally apply more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop applying this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Cautions

If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you wear contact lenses.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Keep out of the reach of children. Store at room temperature away from light.
Avoid storing in a refrigerator as crystals may form.
Discard the remainder. Do not store them.

Contraindication

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include irritation, eye-smarting, redness around the eye or rim, itching, blood shot eye, swelling in eyelid. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
