Tsumura 57 is indicated for the relief of the following symptoms of those patients with a sallow complexion and hot flushes:

Usage/Dosage

The usual adult dose is 7.5g/day orally in 2 or 3divided doses before or between meals. The dosage may be adjusted according to the patient's age and body weight, and symptoms.

Clinically significand adverse reactions
1．Intestitial pneumonia
2．Hepatic dysfuntion and jaundice
3．Mesenteric phlebosclerosis
