It is usually used to treat internal/pediatric diseases or inflammatory disease of each department and allergic symptoms.

Usage/Dosage
-
In general, for adults, take 2 to 24 tablets (4 to 48 mg of the active ingredient) in 1 to 4 divided doses per day. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so. Sudden withdrawal of this medicine after continuous use may cause fever, headache, loss of appetite, feeling of weakness, muscle pain, joint pain, shock and other symptoms. When this medicine is discontinued, the dosage will be decreased gradually.

Cautions

If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
If you have: infections, generalized mycosis, peptic ulcer, diverticulitis, mental disease, tuberculous disease, herpes simplex keratitis, posterior subcapsular cataract, glaucoma, hypertension, electrolyte abnormality, thrombosis, a surgery of internal organs recently, a history of acute myocardial infarction, diabetes mellitus, osteoporosis, congestive heart failure, hypothyroidism, fatty liver, fat embolism, myasthenia gravis, ulcerative colitis (when impending perforation, abscess or other suppurative infection is suspected), renal failure or hepatic cirrhosis.
If you are a hepatitis B virus carrier.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Try to avoid stress such as extreme exercise because serious adverse reaction such as induced infections may occur. Also, infection with chickenpox or measles may result in a fatal outcome. If infection is suspected, get immediate medical attention.
Since continuous use may cause increased intraocular pressure, glaucoma or posterior capsule cataract, examinations may be performed periodically.
When patients with lymphatic tumors take this medicine, tumor lysis syndrome (decreased consciousness/unconsciousness, decreased urine output, respiratory distress/shortness of breath) may occur. Therefore, blood and renal function tests should be performed.
Since there has been a report stating that patients with scleroderma are prone to scleroderma renal crisis due to the use of this medicine, measurement of blood pressure and renal function test should be performed while using this medicine. If symptoms such as headache, nausea, vomiting, reduced visual acuity and convulsion occur, contact your doctor immediately.
Hepatitis B virus carriers should continuously undergo blood tests while using this medicine and after completion of the treatment. Hepatitis B virus growth may cause hepatitis (fever, general malaise, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, upper abdominal pain, yellow discoloration of skin and white of eyes, itch and dark urine). If any of these symptoms occur, contact your doctor immediately

Contraindication

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include rash, moon face and dizziness. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
fever, general malaise[infections]
general malaise, loss of appetite, nausea[secondary adrenocortical insufficiency]
pain in the lower back/back/chest/groin, pain in the hip joint when walking or standing up, fracture[osteoporosis, aseptic femoral head necrosis]
severe abdominal pain, vomiting of blood, bloody stool[gastrointestinal perforation, gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcer]
heartburn, belching, chest pain[esophagitis]
