This medicine is a combination preparation of synthetic adrenal corticosteroid and antibiotics, and shows anti-inflammatory and antibacterial actions to improve symptoms such as redness, swelling and itching.
It is usually used to treat deep skin infection, chronic pyoderma, eczema/dermatitis, psoriasis, pruritus and palmoplantar pustulosis accompanied by moistness/erosion/eschar or with secondary infections, or secondary infections in patients with external injury/burn/surgical wound.

This medicine is a combination preparation of synthetic adrenal corticosteroid and antibiotics, and shows anti-inflammatory and antibacterial actions to improve symptoms such as redness, swelling and itching.
It is usually used to treat deep skin infection, chronic pyoderma, eczema/dermatitis, psoriasis, pruritus and palmoplantar pustulosis accompanied by moistness/erosion/eschar or with secondary infections, or secondary infections in patients with external injury/burn/surgical wound.

Usage/Dosage

In general, apply an appropriate amount directly to the affected area one to several times a day, or spread the cream on sterilized gauze and apply it to the affected area. It may be adjusted according to the symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
This medicine is not for ophthalmic. Do not apply it to your eyes.
Avoid using tight-fitting diapers or plastic pants if the medicine is used on the diaper area.
If you miss a dose, use the missed dose as soon as possible. If it is a short time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule.
If you accidentally use more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Cautions

If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
If you have skin infections (bacteria, fungi, spirochetes, virus) and animal skin diseases (mites, pthirus pubis, etc.), eczematous otitis externa with tympanic membrane perforation, ulcers, thermal burn/frostbite.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Do not use under makeup or after shaving.
Avoid contact of the cream with contraceptive latex products such as condoms because oily components used as a base of this medicine may deteriorate or damage the quality of such latex products.
Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
Discard the remainder. Do not store them.

Contraindication

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include skin irritation, increased secretion, dry sensation, skin infections, steroid rosacea (such as facial erythema, etc.) and rash. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
seeing a rainbow-like ring of light, foggy vision, dazzling[ocular hypertension when applied on the eyelids skin]
eye pain, headache, decreased vision[glaucoma when applied on the eyelids skin, or used in a large dose and/or for a long time]
foggy vision, sensitive to light, decreased vision[posterior subcapsular cataract when used in a large dose and/or for a long time]
