•In general, for adult, insert 1 suppository (60 mg of the active ingredient) into the rectum at a time, twice daily. The dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions. •If you miss a dose, use a dose as soon as possible when the symptom of nausea is severe. Wait more than 7 hours to use a next dose. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule.You should never use two doses at one time. •If you accidentally use more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist. •Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
Possible adverse effects of this medicine
The most commonly reported adverse reactions include diarrhea, defecation desire, anal discomfort, strange sensation when suppository is inserted, hepatic dysfunction and gynecomastia. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
