This medicine is a new quinolone otic solution, inhibits DNA replication of bacteria, and shows antibacterial effect.
It is usually used for the treatment of otitis externa, otitis media.

Usage/Dosage

In general, for adults, apply 6 to 10 drops into the ear canal at a time, twice a day. A 10-minute ear instillation (lie down with the affected ear upward, apply ear drops and maintain the position) is required. The dose frequency may be adjusted according to the symptoms. For children, the dosage will be decreased accordingly. Strictly follow the instructions.
This medicine is intended for use in the ears only.
Before applying, warm the solution to body temperature by holding the bottle in your hand for a few minutes. Ear instillation of a cold solution may cause dizziness. Pay close attention that the dropper tip does not touch the ear directly.
If you miss a dose, apply the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never use two doses at one time.
If you accidentally use more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
