This medicine is synthetic corticosteroid for nasal administration. It has local anti-inflammatory effects, and improves rhinitis (sneeze, runny nose, stuffy nose) by suppressing nasal inflammation.
It is usually used to treat allergic/vasomotor rhinitis.

Usage/Dosage

In general, for adults, spray once (50 mcg of the active ingredient) into each nostril, at a time, twice a day. The dosage may be adjusted according to the symptoms. The maximum daily dose is 8 sprays (400 mcg). Strictly follow the instructions.
1 bottle of this medicine can be used for about 56 puffs in addition to the extra 7 spare puffs before the initial dose. Do not use more than that.
If you miss a dose, apply the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never apply two doses at one time.
If you accidentally apply more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop applying this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Cautions

If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have: infections, systemic mycosis, nose and throat infections or repetitive nasal bleeding.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
Discard the remainder. Do not store them.

Contraindication

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include nasal bleeding, nasal symptoms (stimulation, pain, dryness), unpleasant smell, rash and edema. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
respiratory distress, general hot flush, swelling of eyelids, lips, and tongue, bulged itchy rash [anaphylaxis]
