This medicine gives mild burning sensation to the skin, and shows local anti-inflammatory effect of adrenocortical steroid. It consequently reduces itching or inflammation of skin due to eczema or insect bites.
It is usually used to treat eczema, dermatitis, dermal pruritus, insect bites or psoriasis.

Usage/Dosage

In general, apply or rub a proper amount of the medicine on the affected site directly, or spread it on sterilized gauze and cover over the affected site, once to several times a day. The dosage should be adjusted according to the symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
This medicine is designed for topical application to the skin. Never take it orally.
Do not apply on mucous membranes such as lips, in or around the eyes. If the medicine got in your eyes, wash out with water or lukewarm water immediately.
Note that covering applied area with a bandage, etc. may intensify the effect of the medicine.
Since the medicine may show excessive effect on children, use it under supervision of the parent. Note that wearing diapers on applied area may intensify the effect of the medicine.
You may feel warmth sensation just after applying the medicine, which will disappear in a short time.
If you miss a dose, apply a dose as soon as possible. You should not use two doses at one time.
If you accidentally use more than your prescribed dose, wipe off any excess of the medicine and consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Cautions

If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
If you are a patient with skin disease (infection), erosion/burn injury/frostbite in skin.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
The medicine is used to treat skin disease. Do not use it as a makeup base or after shaving.
Never transfer the medicine to other container to keep its quality.
Keep out the reach of children. Store away from heat.
Discard the remainder. Do not store them.

Contraindication

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include feeling of skin irritation (feeling hot, irritated sensation), contact dermatitis (redness, etc.), itch, rash, eczema, erythema, angioedema and furuncle (boil). If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
