  • Description
      (For improvement of subjective symptoms associated with diabetic neuropathy)
      This medicine suppresses abnormal excitation of the nerve by suppressing sodium channels in neurons and transmission of pain by neurotransmitters in the spinal cord, thereby improving pain or numbness of the limbs.
      It is usually used to improve subjective symptoms associated with diabetic neuropathy (spontaneous pain, numbness).

      (For tachyarrhythmia)
      This medicine shows anti-arrhythmia effects by inhibiting sodium channels during the cardiac action potential, thereby suppressing abnormal cardiac excitation and controlling irregular pulse.
      It is usually used to treat tachyarrhythmia (ventricular).

  • Usage/Dosage
      (For improvement of subjective symptoms associated with diabetic neuropathy)
      In general, for adults, take 1 capsule (100 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, 3 times a day after meals. The maximum daily dose is 3 capsules (300 mg). Strictly follow the instructions.

      (For tachyarrhythmia)
      In general, for adults, start with 100 mg of the active ingredient at a time, 3 times a day after meals. If the effect is insufficient, the dosage may be increased up to 150 mg at a time, 3 times a day. However, the dosage may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms. This medicine contains 100 mg of the active ingredient in a capsule. Strictly follow the instructions.

      This medicine may cause esophageal ulcers if it stays and disintegrates in the esophagus, so take it with a large amount of water. Pay extra attention when taking doses before bedtime.
      If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. You should never take two doses at one time.
      If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
      Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
  • Contraindication
      The most commonly reported adverse reactions include palpitation, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, heartburn, stomach/abdominal discomfort, dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea, abdominal bloating, indigestion, abdominal pain, tremor, dizziness, numbness, drowsiness, headache, itch, generalized rash, fever, hives, erythema and erythema multiforme (exudative). If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.

      The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.

      redness and swelling of the skin/mucosa with rash or blisters, conjunctivitis, stomatitis[toxic epidermal necrolysis, mucocutaneous ocular syndrome, erythroderma]
      rash, fever, swelling of lymph nodes[hypersensitivity syndrome]
      palpitation, syncope (faint), dizziness[ventricular tachycardia, atrioventricular block]
      decreased urine output, edema, headache[renal failure]
      seeing or hearing things that do not exist, impaired mind, unable to recognize time or place[hallucination, confusion]

      The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.
