It is usually used to treat spastic paralysis attributed to cerebrovascular disorder, spastic spinal paralysis and other cerebral disorders.

It is usually used to treat spastic paralysis attributed to cerebrovascular disorder, spastic spinal paralysis and other cerebral disorders.

Usage/Dosage
-
For adults: In general, initially take 0.5 to 1.5 tablets (5 to 15 mg of the active ingredient) a day, in 1 to 3 divided doses, after meals. Then the daily dose is increased by 0.5 to 1 tablet (5 to 10 mg) every 2 to 3 days to the standard dose appropriately for the symptoms. The standard daily dose is 3 tablets (30 mg), however, it may be adjusted according to the age or symptoms since clinical response differs among patients.
For children: In general, initially take 0.5 tablet (5 mg of the active ingredient) a day, in 1 to 2 divided doses, after meals. Then the daily dose is increased by 0.5 tablet (5 mg) every 2 to 3 days to the standard dose appropriately for the symptoms, however, it may be adjusted according to the symptoms or body weight. The standard daily dose is 0.5 to 1.5 tablets (5 to 15 mg) for children aged 4 to 6 years; 0.5 to 2 tablets (5 to 20 mg) for those aged 7 to 11 years; 0.5 to 2.5 tablets (5 to 25 mg) for those aged 12 to 15 years.
In any case, strictly follow the instructions.
If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so. Hallucination, delirium, confusion, excitement and seizure caused by sudden withdrawal of this medicine in long-term use have been reported.

If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itching, rash etc.) to any medicines or foods.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
This medicine may cause sleepiness. Avoid operating dangerous machinery, such as driving a car.
Pay attention that alcohol may intensify medicinal or medical effect.
Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
Discard the remainder. Do not store them. Ask the pharmacy or the medical institution how to discard them.

Contraindication

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include sleepiness, nausea, loss of appetite, weakness, lightheadedness and rash. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.

unable to stop using a drug and depend on it, hallucination, confusion [dependence]
