This medicine has antihistaminic action and improves allergic symptoms such as bloodshot and swelling of the eye by H1 receptor-blocking activity.
It is usually used to relieve symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis.

Usage/Dosage

In general, for adults, avoid touching the dropper tip against the eye and apply 1 to 2 drops (approx. 8 to16 mcg of the active ingredient) at a time, 4 times a day (morning, afternoon, evening, bedtime). Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor and pharmacist.
This medicine must be used for ophthalmic purpose only.
Before using, shake the bottle well because this medicine is suspension.
If the liquid attached around the eye after applying, wipe the liquid off immediately.
If you miss a dose, use a dose as soon as possible...regular dosing schedule. You should never use two doses at one time.
If you accidentally use more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Cautions

If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you wear contact lenses.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Do not use the medicine while you wear liquid-containing contact lenses.
Keep out the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
Discard the remainder. Do not store them.

Contraindication

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include stinging eyes (sensitive to bright light, itchy eye), headache, blepharitis (itch of eyelids), conjunctivitis, conjunctival edema, hordelum (sty), eye discharge (gum) and conjunctival hyperemia. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
respiratory distress, general hot flush, hives [shock, anaphylaxis]
