It is usually used for the treatment of hypertension, renal hypertension and angina.

Usage/Dosage

○ General dosage:
Genral dosage is as follows. It will be adjusted according to symptoms, so strictly follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist.
● For hypertension:
For adults, take 20 to 40mg of the active ingredient at a time, once a day. However, the initial dose is started at 10 to 20mg, then the dosage may be gradually increased as necessary. In case of uncontrolled with 2 tablets (40mg) once a day, the dosage may be increased to 2 tablets (40mg) at a time, twice a day.
● For renal parenchymal hypertension, renovascular hypertension:
For adults, take 20 to 40mg of the active ingredient at a time, once a day. However, the initial dose is started at 10 to 20mg, then the dosage may be gradually increased as necessary.
● For angina, variant angina:
For adults, take 2 tablets (40mg of the active ingredient) at a time, once a day. The dosage may be adjusted according to the symptoms, however, the maximum daily dose is 3 tablets (60mg) at a time, once a day.
● This preparation contains 20mg of the active ingredient in a tablet. Strictly follow the instructions in any case.
○ Never split, crush, or grind the medicine. Swallow it without chewing.
○ If you miss a dose, take a dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
○ If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
○ Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Contraindication
-
● The most commonly reported adverse reactions are following symptoms. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
- jaundice, chest pain, upper abdominal pain, rash, itch, photosensitivity, purpura, angioedema, swollen gum, anemia, breathing difficulty and gynecomastia.
● The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
- systemic red rash, skin exfoliation, fever [erythroderma (exfoliative dermatitis)]
- sore throat, fever (hyperthermia), muscle pain [agranulocytosis]
- nasal bleeding, gum bleeding, subcutaneous hemorrhage in limbs [thrombocytopenia]
- generalized fatigability, nausea, yellowness in skin or conjunctiva [liver dysfunction, jaundice]
- faint consciousness, loss of concentration, judgment failure [impaired consciousness]
