      This medicine is a non-steroidal antiphlogistic analgetic. It suppresses inflammation and relieves pain by suppressing prostaglandin biosynthesis involved in inflammation.
      It is usually used for the treatment of swelling and pain caused by lower back pain, osteoarthritis, shoulder periarthritis, tendinitis/tendovaginitis, peritendinitis, humeral epicondylitis (tennis elbow, etc.), muscle pain or external injuries. It is also used to relieve pain of the limited part in rheumatoid arthritis.

  • Effect/Efficacy

  • Usage/Dosage
      In general, apply it to the affected area once a day. Strictly follow the instructions.
      Do not apply this medicine to wounds, mucous membrane, or areas with eczema or rash, since it may cause skin irritancy.
      If you miss applying, apply as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should not use two doses at one time.
      If you accidentally use more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
      Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
  • Cautions
      If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
      If you have aspirin-induced asthma or a history of aspirin-induced asthma; a history of hypersensitivity to tiaprofenic acid, suprofen, fenofibrate, or products containing oxybenzone or octocrylene (sunscreen, fragrance, etc.); a history with photosensitivity reaction; bronchial asthma.
      If you are under the age of 20 (If you have many opportunities to be exposed to sunlight such as outdoor activities, etc.).
      If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
      If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
      Shield the application site from sunlight with colored clothes or supporters during application and for the time being after use, since this medicine may cause photosensitivity (a rash developed at the site exposed to sunlight).
      Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from light, heat and moisture.
      Discard the remainder. Do not store them.
  • Contraindication
      The most commonly reported adverse reactions include contact dermatitis, wheal at the application site, swelling, palpitation, swelling of face/eyelid, hand swelling, blister/erosion, pigmentation, subcutaneous hemorrhage, skin exfoliation and hives. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
      The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
      hives, respiratory distress, facial swelling [shock, anaphylaxis]
      wheeze (whistling sound), respiratory distress [aspirin-induced asthma]
      itch, stimulating feeling, erythema/rash/redness [contact dermatitis]
      erythema with itching (by ultraviolet), rash, stimulating feeling [photosensitivity]
      The above symptoms do not describe all the adverse reactions to this medicine. Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.
