  • Description
      This medicine is the prostaglandin preparation of body's hormone derivative. And it shows antiplatelet effect and vasodilating effect by acting on prostacyclin receptor at blood vessel and platelet, and then increases blood flow and improves numbness/pain of limbs.
      It is usually used for the improvement of ulcer, pain and cool feeling due to chronic arterial occlusion, also for the treatment of primary pulmonary hypertension.
  • Effect/Efficacy

      It is usually used for the improvement of ulcer, pain and cool feeling due to chronic arterial occlusion, also for the treatment of primary pulmonary hypertension.
  • Usage/Dosage
      For the improvement of ulcer, pain and cool feeling due to chronic arterial occlusion: In general, for adults, take 1 tablet (40 mcg of the active ingredient) at a time, 3 times daily after meals.
      For the treatment of primary pulmonary hypertension: In general, for adults, take 20 mcg of the active ingredient at a time, 3 times daily after meals. The dosage may be increased by your symptoms degrees. If the dosage is increased, it may be taken 3 to 4 times daily, and the maximum dosage is 180 mcg per day.
      This medicine contains 40 mcg of the active ingredient in a tablet. Strictly follow the instructions in any case.
      If you miss a dose, take a dose as soon as you remember. However it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and follow your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
      If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
      Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
  • Cautions
      If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
      If you have bleeding (hemophilia, capillary fragility, upper gastrointestinal tract ulcer, urinary tract bleeding, hemoptysis, fundal bleeding)
      If you are pregnant, possibly pregnant or breastfeeding.
      If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
      Discard the remainder. Do not store them. Ask the pharmacy or medical facility how to discard.
  • Contraindication
      Disturbance of consciousness etc. may occur, take extra care in operating dangerous operation such as driving a car.

      headache, nausea, vomiting, reduced visual acuity [bleeding tendency]
      blood-pressure decreased, rapid beat, facial pallor [blood-pressure decreased, rapid beat, facial pallor]
      headache, breathing difficulty, fever [interstitial pneumonia]
      nausea, loss of appetite, yellowing of the skin and the whites of the eye [hepatic function disorder]
      chest pain, cold sweat, chest tightness [angina pectoris, myocardial infarction]
