This medicine suppresses skin inflammations by its local anti-inflammatory effect to treat swelling and itch.
It is usually used in the treatment of eczema, dermatitis, pruritus cutaneous, prurigo, erythema, drug eruption, toxicoderma, alopecia areata, and thermal burns.

Usage/Dosage

General dosage regimen: Apply appropriate amount of the medicine to the affected area, once to several times daily. The dosage may be adjusted according to the symptoms.
If the medicine is used in large amounts or for long term on large areas, this may tend to cause side effects. Strictly follow the instructions of your doctor/pharmacist.
Do not use the medicine for ophthalmic application.
Use a dose as soon as possible when you remember that you missed a dose. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. DO NOT use double doses to make up for the missed dose.
If you used too much of the medicine (more than ordered), check with your doctor/pharmacist.
Do not stop using the medicine without the instructions of your doctor.

If you ever experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash etc.) to any medicine.
If you are a patient with skin infections; eczema or dermatitis accompanied by skin infection; eczematous otitis externa with eardrum perforation; skin ulcer; or thermal burns or frostbite deeper than dermal burn.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
