      This medicine controls release of histamine etc. that cause allergic reaction in tissue, and consequently suppresses allergic symptoms.
      It is usually used in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis and spring catarrh.
  • Feature
      Aqueous ophthalmic solution (ophthalmic solution) colorless to pale yellow, limpid (bottle) cap-pink, bottle-colorless
  • Effect/Efficacy
      This medicine controls release of histamine etc. that cause allergic reaction in tissue, and consequently suppresses allergic symptoms.
      It is usually used in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis and spring catarrh.
  • Usage/Dosage
      General dosage is as follows:
      ・Apply 1 to 2 drops at a time, 4 times daily in the morning, noon, evening and before bedtime. Strictly follow the instructions.
      ・After dropping the solution into your eye, keep your eyes closed for 1 to 2 minutes.
      ・Before using, wash your hands thoroughly with soap and running water. Make sure that the tip of eyedropper does not touch eye or eyelashes when applying the medicine.
      ・If you wear contact lenses, you apply the medicine after taking off them, and wear them about 5 to 10 minutes later.
      ・If you miss a dose, apply a dose as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should not apply two doses at one time.
      ・If you accidentally use more than your prescribed dose, excess liquid leak from your eyes. Wipe off any excess liquid with a clean tissue.
      ・Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.
  • Contraindication
      ● The most commonly reported adverse reactions are following symptoms. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
        - transient eye irritation in applying, conjunctival congestion, blepharitis and conjunctivitis

      ● The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
        - breathing difficulty, cold sweat, hives [anaphylactoid symptoms]

      Consult with your doctor or pharmacist if you notice any symptoms of concern other than those listed above.
