It is usually used to treat hypertension, renal parenchymal hypertension and renovascular hypertension.

Usage/Dosage
-
In general, for adults, take 2 to 4 tablets (2 to 4 mg of the active ingredient) at a time, once a day. Start with 1 tablet (1 mg) at a time, once a day and the dosage may be gradually increased up to 4 tablets (4 mg), as necessary. Strictly follow the instructions.
If you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose. You should never take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

Cautions

If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines or foods.
If you have a history of angioedema.
If you are receiving apheresis (a therapy to remove unnecessary substances using an absorber) or on hemodialysis.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
This medicine may cause dizziness or light headedness due to decreased blood pressure. Pay close attention when working at heights or operating dangerous machinery, such as driving a car.
Keep out of the reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
Discard the remainder. Do not store them.

Contraindication

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include rash, itch, hives, cough and anemia. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
respiratory distress, swelling of face/tongue/throat, hives[angioedema]
general malaise, loss of appetite, yellow discoloration of the skin and the white of eyes[liver dysfunction, jaundice]
bleeding tendency, bruise, prolonged bleeding[decreased platelets]
numbness of limbs/lips, muscle weakness, paralysis of limbs[hyperkalemia]
blisters of various sizes appearing on the skin and mucosa throughout the whole body, skin surface easily breaking down and scraped, severe generalized itching[pemphigus-like symptoms]
