Effect/Efficacy

This medicine has antibacterial effects and inhibits the growth of disease-causing bacteria. It is a macrolide antibiotic agent that is used for the treatment of infections.
It is usually used for the treatment of a wide range of infections, including respiratory infections, skin infections, otorhinological infections, urinary tract infections.

Usage/Dosage

In general, for adults, take 4 to 6 tablets per day (800 to 1200 mg of the active ingredient) in 3 to 4 divided doses.
For children, take 30 mg/kg/day, in 3 to 4 divided doses.
The dosage may be adjusted according to the patient's age and symptoms. Strictly follow the instructions.
If you miss a dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should never take two doses at one time.
If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop taking the medicine unless your doctor instruct you to do so.

Cautions

Before using this medicine, be sure to tell your doctor and pharmacist
If you have previously experienced any allergic reaction (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicine.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
Keep out of the reach of infants and children. Store away from direct sunlight, heat and moisture.
Discard the remainder. Do not store them.

Contraindication

The most commonly reported adverse reactions include rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdomen enlarged feeling, abdominal pain and diarrhea. If any of these symptoms occur, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
The symptoms described below are rarely seen as initial symptoms of the adverse reactions indicated in brackets. If any of these symptoms occur, stop taking this medicine and see your doctor immediately.
hives, breathing difficulty, dizziness [shock, anaphylaxis]
fever, ocular mucosal congestion, cutaneous symptoms (erythema, blister, erosion) [Stevens-Johnson syndrome]
fever, loss of appetite, diarrhea [pseudomembranous colitis]
