This medicine is absorbed through skin, and suppresses production of prostaglandin in the body, which is related to inflammation. It consequently relieves inflammation and pain.
It is usually used to treat osteoarthritis, shoulder periarthritis, humeral epicondylitis (tennis elbow, etc.), tendonitis/tenosynovitis, peritendinitis, muscle pain, swelling/pain after injury.

Usage/Dosage

In general, apply to the affected area twice a day. Strictly follow the instructions.
Avoid applying to injured area, mucous membrance, or area with eczema or rash.
If you miss a dose, apply a dose when you noticed. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. You should not use two doses at one time.
If you accidentally use more than your prescribed dose, consult with your doctor or pharmacist.
Do not stop using this medicine unless your doctor instructs you to do so.

If you have previously experienced any allergic reactions (itch, rash, etc.) to any medicines.
If you have: aspirin induced asthma or its history.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are taking any other medicinal products. (Some medicines may interact to enhance or diminish medicinal effects. Beware of over-the-counter medicines and dietary supplements as well as other prescription medicines.)
