Temporary Suspension of International Postal Mail Services to the United States

Dear Customers,

Please be advised that we are currently unable to ship orders to the United States via Japan Post.

Following the U.S. government’s suspension of the “De Minimis” exemption policy, although Japan Post has already resumed mail services to the U.S. since April 2026, the shipping procedures remain uncertain at the moment. As a result, we are unable to process shipments via Japan Post as usual currently.

Accordingly, orders to the U.S. cannot be placed via our website currently.
The date for resuming shipments has not yet been determined. We will provide updates on our website as soon as more information becomes available.

For customers who are able to obtain a prescription:
You may have your order shipped via a courier service other than regular postal mail. Please note that this will incur a higher shipping fee. If you would like to use this option, kindly contact us by email.
